We just had a Barangay meeting last Saturday. It's about Earthquake preparedness and other emergency situations such as fire and typhoon. It's the first time that the Homeowners responded to such meeting, only because of the recent unfateful earthquake in Japan. If it hadn't for that recent disaster, people will not and meet with the Barangay. The barangay calls for Earthquake awareness, and for the hope that people will always be prepared and will know what to do in case such emergencies will happen.
Readers, I hope your earthquake concern will never die down on you, these are not like rumors that will spread and die down when people get tired of it. It is alarming because the whole Metro is not prepared for this thing, we lack of rescue equipments and the infrastructures are not spared.
